Very true. I feel that if a major accident involving death of a minister can be treated so casually, what about other citizens of this country. There is a crying need for strict punishment and fines to be imposed on perpetrators of such accidents. In Dubai, even a very minor accident incurs heavy penalty. Goa specially has become a haven for youngsters from all over the country who drive without licences ....very often inebriated to the gills. Human life has no value at all.
