Dear John Fernandes, Why was so much hue and cry for John whether to remain or not as Goa Congress President? Herald Editor Sujay Gupta supported like anything and Navhind Times retaliated against Herald very badly. Target Goa Editor Ms Bevinda gave her own opinion. Gomantak Times was found remaining neutral but a little towards Herald. This shows that Navhind Times was put in the corner and the public still remains in a confused state of mind. Congress and BJP leaders must be enjoying the fun as this game was well planted by somebody. I was told John did not get sleep well at home all these days, as lots of calls kept on coming from the High Command and as well as from local politicians. For me it did not bother much, whether John or Luizinho takes up the post of President because Congress will never be able to lift their head so soon. They have to work hard. Why John played such a racket and dirty game with the Congress. It is a million dollar question. Is it that he is closer to BJP? Rumours are in the air. Look at this particular incident ; Today ( 4.9.2014), when I was in Panjim at Cafe Bonsule for a cup of tea, I met a friend of mine Adv Rui Ferreira who told me that John spoiled his chances of winning CCP elections in 2012, when he stood as Congress Candidade and BJP candidate was well supported by John and got him elected as BJP candidate. What are his connections with this candidate when he is a Congress man? One person allegedly called by name Oscar de Cunha known by his pet name as "BULLE" a former resident near St Tome chapel, and now resides in a posh house at Caranzalem was the person of choice for John. I was told that John has spoiled my friend's Rui Ferreira's chances of winning the CCP elections. What kind of person we have in a Goa Congress House when he is supposed to be a Goa Congress President and does things in this manner? Can we trust these kind of persons who poses as Congressman? Now let us see what Congress High Command is going to take the decision. We will know it very soon. Will you be able to give your clarifications dear John to the public?
