COMMENT: What IF 1: the medical certificate was INDEED issued by the said doctor for (a) justifiable (b) non-justifiable reasons? 2: the medical certificate was NOT issued by the said doctor? Could there also be an issue of fraud involving or not involving the said doctor? jc
