§
Introduction:
Thomas Cook (India) Ltd. (TCIL) is the largest integrated Travel and Travel
related Financial Services Company in the country offering a broad spectrum of
services that include Foreign Exchange, Corporate Travel,
Leisure Travel and insurance.
Thomas Cook (India) Ltd. strongly believes that Corporate Social Responsible
(CSR) is an effective and progressive way of giving back to society. We at TCIL
consider CSR as not sheer legislative compliance, but
a great opportunity to bring in sustainable and viable improvements to
socially and financially fragmented individuals and groups. Through a series of
CSR activities we look forward to work on thematic areas of education, capacity
building, livelihood and
sanitation.
Centre of Learning (COL) is an initiative from TCIL to develop talent for the
organization as well as for the industry. It has been set up with the objective
of protectively facilitating the talent management
in the industry and would strive to grow, harness and nurture the skill sets
in the industry.

Program:
Post Graduate Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management
The sponsorship program of TCIL emphasizes on education and capacity building
at both professional and individual level. Interested and eligible applicants
will accomplish one year
Post Graduate Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management conducted by COL. This
course will bring candidates a gateway to Tourism industry along with various
job opportunities subject to their performance.

Duration: 1 year (9 months classroom training + 3 months intensive internship)
Classes are conducted 3 hours a day – Monday to Friday.

Program Commences: June 2015
§
Eligibility:
1.
Graduates from any stream or students in final year of graduation
2. Good communication skills with pleasant personality
3. Applicant’s Annual Family Income from all sources should be less than Rs.
1,50,000/-per annum
Supporting documents to be submitted:
1.
Latest academic certificates starting from S.S.C.2.
Income certificate from local Municipal Office / District Officer / Tahsildar
(format attached)
3.
Identity proof : Passport / PAN card, Driving License / ADHAR Card
4.
Address proof: Bonafide certificate / Passport /Driving License / ADHAR Card

Application Process:
Candidates who meet the criteria should enroll for entrance test at Centre of
Learning. All supporting documents in original should be brought for
verification.

Entrance Test:
Eligible candidates are required to attend written test followed by personal
interview scheduled on
Monday, 23rd February 2015 at 11.00 a.m.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for further admission procedure.
