I wonder how many IF ANY AT ALL, Hindus will heed the call to remove their wards from "Convent"schools and send them to Hindu schools. I am told that the majority of students in Convent schools are non-Catholics, mostly Hindus. Parents value theeducation that their children receive in Catholic schools, especially the discipline, dress code, morals and the high level ofinstruction. The fact that many marital ads from hindu parents highlight the fact that the girl seeking a husband is "convent educated" is evidence that the convent education is a great plus.Why is communalism such a big issue under the new BJP rule ? We lived in harmony for so many decades without suchdisharmony.
