chief (Devika Sequeira, ToI)

If I'm not mistaken Prabakar Sinari hails from Ribandar. Although a Liberation
fighter has little to do with the place where he hails from, because Liberation
has always a national dimention, the fact remains that that if the information
is confirmed, it is a great honour to this fishing village.

COMMENT:

My former vizinho and I would chat.....a lot. His very Good wife was
particularly kind to us. She also gave this newly married couple (us)
advice....advice which we still cherish.

I am sure Sinari realized that from one Salazar era, he fell into a not too
different era. ONE..which eventually saw him deployed far away from Goa into
the Lakshwadeep islandês. Porque?

And so......some bits and pieces .....remain with one constant Question: WHY
does a freedom fighter from one side have to act in a manner which makes him a
terrorist to the other?

BTW: I did not know that the famous port Village of Ribandar was a fishing
village.
