The statement "Who are the parents to decide" is a clear reflection of how they were brought up by their parents. Dr Jose Colaco has given some food for thought in his email on the subject. Good for Savio for standing up and shame on us that we are not joining but busy catching crabs from the sea and growing tall poppy to remain as we are. He climbed up and left my house perhaps for his own ulterior motives to bring Konkanni above Marathi which I appreciated. As a freedom fighter claimed by him, did a blunder for removing Portuguese name plates from Fontainhas roads, and all became against him from that time, except the Brahmins. He and Sinari were of the same opinion but now they are no where. Suddenly Bhatikar whom I used to adore him as good IAS officer is now with his trumpet against the FORCE and against the parents who are been fighting for English grants, and made a road block yesterday 31st July 2015 for all the MLA's and Minister not to reach Goa Assembly proceedings. Savio, is a great person and his health is badly affected and deteriorated for the cause of parents to get English grants for the Dioceses school children and people of Goa are behind the FORCE.
