We need to get used to the idea that India has changed, and it may be irretrievable. I cannot guess if the bania wants every person's assets, but he will divide the country and divert the attention of citizens from his jigs. The god he so adulates is also his provider of an income that cannot be taxed or seized: taxation is tantamount to blasphemy. Nehru's state economy, seen in the same light as his secular stance, will have to be erased. And so we will be presented with the standard bearers of the cause: Savarkar, Sardar Patel, Bose and the RSS illuminati. I would caution against public disdain of them and similar figures. It will only serve to harden attitudes and hurt us 'nonbelievers' further.
