The concretization of the Miramar-Dona Paula Road which commenced in March
of 2014 was to be completed in 12 months. It now comes as no surprise that
Goa’s puppet Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar claims that he is clueless
as to when that road will be completed. It may never!
But we need no astrologer to reveal how many crores Manohar Parrikar and
the now Panaji MLA too have apparently been pocketing on this very shoddy
road to hell which already has cracks galore all over. The concretization
of a road which was in the best of state has been a criminal waste of
public funds. The Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation has
ended up being a stinking hotbed of Corruption. Quo Vadis, Zero Tolerance
to Corruption.
