Steps taken by the Government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in the right direction as we see many Government employees not performing their duties satisfactorily. Although it appears a dictatorial view and we all know that there are enough laws and conduct rules to take care of it, but still the employees fails to perform. Will Modi's action be implemented is million dollars question. It is not that easy, especially to stop somebody''s pension for non performance of his/her duties as there are enough procedures to be followed from the rule book. Therefore there should not have any grounds for the employees to knock the door for justice.
