Cultural sensitivity is a two way street. It also
entails an equal amount of reciprocal tolerance. The
east and the west must show sensitivity as well as
tolerance to each other's cultural practices. There is
no justification for a simple social act of one
culture to be treated as illegal or as sexual
harassment by another culture, whether it is in the
east or the west.

Cheers,

Santosh
