I know a good number of Portuguese nationals of Goan origin ( first generation ) who are in the process of moving back to Portugal. Almost all of them are financially secure.
I also know of non-Goans ( non-Portuguese nationals ) who have fallen in love with Portugal and are considering buying second homes in Portugal.
