Dear fellow Goykars,Peasants and Slaves in the United Kingdom BR-EXIT VS GB IN On Thurs 23 June the citizens of Britain are asked to ballot and decide as to whether we want to remain part of mainland Europe or go it alone. I will be voting to remain with both feet not like the present where like dancing the hockey cokey we have one foot here and one foot there. The Government at great cost has sent every household a booklet with its reasons to remain in. Not that long ago Britain left the colonies and joined the European Union as part of a great continent. The former colonies were left to fend for themselves as the trickle of Goan administrators who oiled the British Colonial administrative machinery also began to leave. Take the Railways in Africa, for instance each line ran to the coast mainly to trade good out while in Europe railway lines connected each country and still do. Memories of Empire days are kept alive with honours lists like MBE,OBE even though there is no Empire. It was not that long ago when it was normal for people with no hair (skinheads) and those with toilet brush hairstyles (punk rockers) along with the gutter press would be shouting out out out along with vandalism and what was known as Paki Bashing normal on a Saturday football match. The comfort zone we have is due to the Race relations act and hate crimes within should not be underestimated as we still have the gutter press now known as tabloids and broadsheets calling the tune.Its make your own mind time and vote on Thursday 23 June, hope this note will assist.
