In Dubai if you're a woman and you're raped they'll arrest you instead of the 
rapist.

In Goa, if you're a whistleblower journalist exposing extortion and blackmail, 
you get called in by the police for data theft and hacking instead of the 
newspaper for their criminal acts which were exposed.
