--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Jose Colaco
I read carefully what you have stated and appeared in Goanet today, dated 24th July 2016 based on MB write up, on Jackpot journalism. I fully agree with you, especially the below sentence made by you. Quote: Ultimately, the questions will be for the courts: (1) WAS what MB wrote accurate or not? (2) Did MB's expose in the public interest or not? What I gather some information, whether it is true or false, that MB and Herald are at loggerheads even before this incident took place, which does not mean that information provided by MB is incorrect. Also must analyze other side of the story from Herald management and we all hope, the Hon. Court if the case goes to them, must be able to provide some light for the public? Public appears to be quite enthusiastic to know the facts. Stephen Dias Dona Paula QUOTE FROM GIOANET WHICH APPEARED ON 24TH JULY 2016. Based on what I believe will happen, the GUJ will NOT go and bat for him at full strength. I am NOT sure how many of the Goa Journos will support him publicly ab inicio. Ultimately, the questions will be for the courts: (1) WAS what MB wrote accurate or not?
