Dear Prof. Girish Kumar, This issue of radiation on cell towers is going to flare up day by day and there will be no end for it. The agreement within technocrats and medical professionals will always remain subject for discussion. Technocrats can prove radiation hazards but physicians, surgeons or oncologists cannot. I believe there is no conclusive research done by doctors on human cells etec when patient died by cancer on account of radiation. Your research data and News Letters forwarded to me earlier and which I have subsequently presented on power point presentation based on your finding at the Goa State Pollution Control Board have been received a tremendous response by their staff. Being qualified in Industrial Electronics and not having qualification on Telecommunication engineering I took interest and delivered a lecture at GSPCB. Dr Jose Colaco is a well practicing qualified physician and I believe he has knowledge in Law. He is based in US for a long time and he is a Goan. When he has put up to you some few questions as per the below letter enclosed and forwarded to me it is your duty to answer him and clear his doubts point by point. I remember that you have sent me various materials about the Cell radiations and health hazards and also it has been specified that there were cancer cases on a certain floors of a building in Mumbai, where the radiation was projected directly to those two floors and found cancer patients and other floors above and lower, the cancer cases were not detected. That was proved by the measurement on radiation equipment/meters shown with the signal directivity of energy radiation or strength on these particular floors. Similarly many such cases you have researched at the International level. These towers if at all are erected should not be made permanent.
