I had purchased LED Lights at cost of Rs.25.00 each in month of June, 2016, the lights were working well. After a month, one of the LED lights stopped functioning. So I called up Customer care in Delhi who told me to contact Customer Care in Goa. Last month when they came I showed them bill and gave me in exchange not the money. Now after getting the replacement another 2 LED Lights started blinking and when I pointed the error to them. They said power fluctuation. If the voltage was less then how come my other tube lights and CFL bulbs were not blinking. They told me to bring back. I lost interest as these LED lights I found them working for some time but did not go for replacement as this was lots of time standing in the queue to get replacement. We thought it will save power but now we realized the money is gone down the drain. There was no use in the LED LIGHTS. Friends told me it is better to buy outside as you can get exchange quickly because we dont when they will come to the location. Regards Celes
