Sashikala Kakodkar had a staunch anti Catholic stance. Pushing around of Goan 
Catholic government primary teachers was her forte. My mother was one of the 
victims, until the student movement defeated the MG government out of office. 
More seeds of communalism were sowed during her erstwhile regime. There is 
nothing that Goans should be proud of this lady there was nothing done to unite 
Goans.
