Bishop for once is clever, he knows that independence day does not belong to Goa. Instead he may be asking the church to light candles for the dark day of december 19, 1961.
BC ------------------------------ It is unfortunate that we do not see our Archbishop conveying Independence Day greetings on 15th August this year as all the newspapers failed to insert his greetings which he used to do it every year. Only Governor and Chief Minister have sent their greetings..I do not understand what this made to do not to appear His greetings?
