POLICE SLOW IN ACTION? NONE OF THE AUTHORITIES IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT NEITHER FROM GOVERNMENT/BUREAUCRACY HAS TAKEN IMPORTANCE OF THIS EMAIL. THE MOTORCYCLE WHICH IS ABANDONED FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS IS STILL IN THE SAME PLACE AND NOT BEEN TOWED BY THE TRAFFIC POLICE AS REQUESTED. IT APPEARS THAT THE SAID BIKE IS LEFT BY AN ARAB TOURIST INFORMS ME BY A NEWSPAPER AGENT AND A SECURITY OF A NEARBY BUILDING. THE OUTPOST OF DONA PAULA IS JUST NEAR THE SITE FOR 100 METRES DISTANCE BUT THEY TOO DID NOT TAKE ACTION. WHAT WILL HAPPENED IF THE MATTER WAS SERIOUS? I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THESE Emails DO NOT REACH THEM OR THEY ARE NOT READ BY THEM?
