Hi Silviano, I'm working on promoting a network of electronic mailing
lists, see [http://wikiwikiweb.de/MailingListsInIndia] The point I'm
trying to make is that Indian scripts can increasingly be used for
computing... even if there are challenges and issues.

While the spelling of my name works fine under some Gmail/Google
applications, it doesn't work in others. And Yahoo/groups is
problematic often. By my friends in Delhi run a perfect mailing list
via Mailman.

All this (including the spelling "mistake" which makes you wonder)
only makes the point: we're getting there, but it's still tough! FN
