George Pinto: All candidates failed this one question on the Goa Govenment Accounts Dept exam: Question: Is bribing a govt. official ok and expected in Goa? i.e. is corruption ok? Answer in Goa: Yes. All the 10,815 candidates being young and honest, had answered "No" which caused their immediate exam failure. Response: As per the news report the results were kept pending for over 6 months awaiting Parrikar's arrival. Perhaps he was the sole examiner for this paper.
