Goans like to talk alot.They take pleasures in criticisms.They are good critics.One sees lot of these at the village bars, tavernas,tintos,chai shop, and balconies.While the ladies will indulge in gossiping mostly cutting down the person they are really jealous of, either their daughter in law or mothers in law,. the men folks will talk about politics,as if in their past life some of them were rulers, or kings.Some of them are so thorough with games as if they were playing for big clubs like Dhempo,or salgoankar,or may be international clubs.Many of the great thinkers and philosophers were directors of FBI and some of course the CBI while a few were governors of RBI or world bank.These few philosophers found BJP as the party of dirty people, or the party which is anti christian.They found the party comunal party out to destroy the goan catholics.Be careful.These philosphers have all the proofs before them to prove their point.No one wants to talk about the hell that had taken place during the 15th or 16th century which resulted in even the catholics fleeing to places like Hubli,sawant waddi etc.No one wants even to say anything about the destruction of the religious houses during that time.These persecutions are seen even today.Our laws which were enacted even before BJP was born have stripped people of their homes,have made middle class people beggars, have given birth to goons who became goons to protect the poor and not other wise. Who is to be blamed? The influx of non goans in the government offices,grabbing of land belonging to the communidade i is not the work of the BJP.Today the history of Goa will reveal human beings behaving worse than ani mals.One can be killed by an animal while travelling, no one is there to say anything the least they will say"He should have worn a helmet." but if an animal is killed,you are taken to court.My hats off to Dr.Barad.You have made your point clear.Today people are cheating in the name of religion.Disproportionate assets are seen with people whose salary does not allow them to buy a cycle even.No one will talk about them.We know about our rights and duties but we are too lazy to do anything in this world.In my last posting i have already said, why not form your own party? When ever I write on this net I get emails asking me for proofs in whatever I express.These people are like actor Boman Irani " saboot hai?" advertising for detergents. i am not advertising nor I am a lawyer who has to substantate my arguments with proofs.It looks as if this net is dominated by certain great people ,and only what they write is correct as they are great thinkers great philosophers and others are fools.Once I was in a bank and needed a pen . I had left my pen with my wife.who had gone else where and I asked a gentleman from my village for a pen .He looked at me with such big eyes as if I had gone for his purse and with his dirty unwashed tongue he said "Edo vodlo teacher mu re tum, pen genastana bovmtai? loz besti."which when translated in English means"You are a great teacher and you do not have a pen with you?shame on you." I call myself great because I usually do not bother whether someone must have a pen if he is a teacher or a gun if he is a soldier. I believe in give if you can and if you have without being a critic.Each one of us are supposed to respect other human beings irrespective of his caste, creed, status.
