Lets wish Shri Manohar Parrikar a happy and healthy retirement. I was surprised that he hung on to his post for so long despite his extremely serious ailment. But could the reason he hung on for so long be to avail of free and world class medical treatment at the expense of the Goa Govt and the Goan people ? Just wondering ? Also wonder what the future holds for us Goencars !!
