We should commend the Chief Secretary and Director General of Police in
upholding the law by timely cracking the whip and foiling that planned
attempt by Agacaim Police Inspector Uday Gaude to illegally allow a bull
fight yesterday.
It is now important that the authorities should probe as to how the hell
Uday Gaude managed to become a Police Inspector. It is very curious and
intriguing as he does not have the aptitude to be even a Constable. He
deserves to be sent home or on a long sojourn to the Police Training School
at Valpoi to see whether he is able to acquire the much required skills.
At least to read, write and speak basic English to the level of a Primary
school student. Officers of the likes of Uday Gaude put the entire Police
force to dishonor and sheer disrepute.
