Since this letter already appeared in Goan Observer today I would have loved that you our local editors edit this letter and possibly consider it in your letters to the Editor column with certain changes noted by me. May be you may add that Health Minister Viswajit Rane who claims that the GMC is one of the top in Asia which is not, as there are number of problems from parking point of view, OPD crowding, patients lying on corridors of the wards, long queues for medicine at GMC pharmacy , garbage in the campus, bad tiling road in the campus and mess of mortuary where staked cadaver are found misplaced or burnt without notifying the family etc. This so called circular was forced upon the Medical Superintendent to issue to all heads of department possibly by HM which they have no right to do so as GMC is a public hospital. Only court I believe can issue such notices or instructions. Nowhere this circular is pasted in the entrance of OPD and wards. See if the Editors can consolidate in the letter which is attached, would be appreciated. Kind Regards Stephen Dias Dona PaulA 13th October 2018 Sent from my Samsung device
