GOA's politicians hypocritical patriots and Nationalist. Chide and ridicule Goans for obtaining Portuguese Passports in search of a living specially those that are not skilled or professionally qualified They have very little prospects to survive These hypocrites belittle our contributions by foreign exchange earnings and relieving pressures on local placements They have deliberately made procedures difficult to secure Portuguese Passports a gate way to EU till now Our politicians need no Education or experience to earn what they do and which is envy of any citizen Politics is called as best professions with benefits fit for a king Those that leave the shores make sacrifices of abandoning their loved ones over long periods Besides there standard of living accommodation and rights overseas are lamentable. Why would anyone on his right mind take such steps if not for a better life and survival it is not what we see but invisible that is a pain Look at the pathetic state of affairs inGoa. CA's ,MBA, geologist,Engineers are vying for Govt posts of LDC,Talathis in South Goa The election fever is fuelling filling of vacancies. Funds are their main concerns Do not be under the impression that employment will be provided on a silver platter but as in the past to the highest bidder Nobody is going to spill the beans as it is a win win situation for the desperate unemployed This report is same for our pride and educated unemployed It should have been mentioned the qualification required only to avoid this embarrassment Some Nations provide one way ticket to migrate. Give tax concessions and other facilities to ease pressures on local employment Some years ago Goa Govt allowed to take employment overseas with lien for five years. It opened up employment opportunities however temporarily for locals Underployment is bane of Indian educated youth rather than employment It is high time that our education is diverted towards skills for employment through vocational courses so that pressures on mere academic courses is diffused Our hearts bleed for those highly qualified desperate aspirants Nelson lopes Chinchinim
