FIR on Pawan Jaswal is adding salt to wounds
The reporter/Journalist in a video high lighted salt being served with Roti
instead of sanctioned Bhaji.. None of the sections of FIR apply to the
journalists as per knowledge of learned lawyers. No FIR on corruption
against those responsible for defrauding the Govt resources... Pawan Jaswal
is accused of exposing apathy , conspiracy and obstructing officers in the
line of duty.. It smacks of ludicrous arguments bordering on ignorance of
law or its interpretation. Journalist have protested in public, but
without effect and the proprietors do not seem to extend moral support,
forget about legal help It is intolerance at its heights ,towards
regional senior scribes ,threatening them for indirectly exposing the ills
plaguing the society. and making mockery of mid day meals programme. It is
possible that he may be arrested and forced to knock the doors of higher
judiciary, where he surely get relief..A public interest litigation can
also be lodged for just relief . The Magistrate makes laughable
justification that a picture other than video would have been be
acceptable. In fact FIR should be filed against the law enforcing officer
and those in charge of mid day meals. .The teachers should have reported
this matter to higher authorities., Serving Roti with salt is un acceptable
combination to unsuspecting children under nutritious meals. The Govt under
pressure is wriggling out of the situation by pretending to examine the
contents of the FIR and promising to take action as law demands
Govt instead of crying conspiracy to defame the U P Govt should have
honoured the journalist for exposing the scam of fraud and corruption in
looting Govt resources It is case of extreme intolerance towards
perceived criticism of U P Govt and the CM It is unceasingly clear that
any criticism of Govt will face
backlash and wrath of the administration
