Ribandar is all geared to very gracefully and so warmly welcome tomorrow on
Thursday 20th February at 5 pm our very dear Archbishop, the Most Reverend
our Grace Filipe Neri Ferrao who will inaugurate the new Parochial House of
our Church.
The credit for such a magnanimous achievement goes to all but mainly to the
so outstanding Architect Ashley Mascarenhas and to the Structural Engineer
Paresh Gaitonde not forgetting all who worked so hard including every
labourer who toiled so relentlessly to make such an impossible mission
happen.
But more importantly the untiring dedicated efforts and selfless commitment
of our ever so proactive Parish Priest Rev. Fr Antonio Lourenco Fernandes
to upgrade the Church premises with the much needed facilities will be
always gratefully remembered and recognized for decades to come. Thank you
Rev. Father.
Our Ribandar Church had for decades been lacking in very basic amenities
while the infrastructure was so very pathetic. So finally there is some
glowing light down the tunnel.
