The video reminds me of a Goan Seniors party in Toronto with the line dancing and the band. Richard Pereira who puts these out on You Tube like the Mutiara Band playing Ray Charles’ I Cant Stop Loving You, looks like an Indonesian with a Portuguese last name and a member of the community settled in the Netherlands.
