Photo Blog by Rajan Parrikar has posted a new item, 'Krakatindur'

Volcanic wonderland.

The 858 m volcano Krakatindur in the Nýjahraun lava field is part of the
Hekla volcanic complex. A true appreciation of this terrain can only be had
from the air. It is characteristic of the tree-less Icelandic mountains that
they can present entirely different profiles as a function of the viewing
direction.

Check out the video short at the end of the photo essay.
