Isn't the idea of preserving Goan land 20 years too late? Haven't the builders
and their political supporters and chamcas facilitated the looting of Goan land
for the last 20 years? Where has the legal profession been all these years? Has
the legal profession been complicit by aiding and abetting illegal land
transactions which are regularized through the panchayats, TCP, and other
government entities? Which Goan lawyers have been ethical and stood up for the
common man and the rule of law and not engaged in any illegal land transaction?
Name them.

Revenue Minister Jennifer Monseratte has a duty to please explain as to how
scarce Goa land is being blatantly sold to all and sundry instead of being
preserved to cater to the needs of Goans.
