Keep every promise you make and only make promises you can keep. It is only
people with good intentions that make promises but only people with good
character that keep them.
This government must fulfill that solemn promise made in August 2017 by the
then Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar to the residents of Ribandar that he
would ensure that within three months full Medical care services and
facilities would be restored at the old Goa Medical College Hospital at
Ribandar.
