Forty percent of Burma was annexed to the Empire, now Victoria's India. Burma survivor kin in Goa are entitled to the same reparations Japan has paid out in a dozencountries they once victimized. If they join in submitting a petition, I will forward a copy to the embassyin Washington and Ottawa.
