BSNL SERVICES BSNL SERVICES There is no service as employees have taken VRS .Complaints are not attended to as phone lines are dead .The customers have to provide routers and telephone instruments .Dues are being merrily collected for those paying by ECS.The skeleton employees both technical and clerical care two hoots for any complaints Consumers have switched over to other service providers for internet and hence landlines are non functional even for incoming calls. On the contrary threats and harassment over telephone and mails for disconnection are routines piously followed to shore up finances. Wise consumers have disconnected BSNL and the landline services too. Four registered letters received and handelivered correspondence is ignored over 12 months from November 2019 to date . Continued billing for old plan instead of requested changed plan discontinuation of internet and service for incoming calls Consumers are silently ignored and are fed up of visits and correspondence that remain unattended Best alternative is to direct stop ECS payment by Banks ,issue regd notice for immediate disconnection and refund of security deposits or file consumer complaints for deficiency of services
