Another small point: you know Goanet isn't a "newspaper" in the
traditional sense. It is not about "press notes". You (and everyone
else) would probably save some bytes if you excluded the above header
to every post from Goa Suraj. Or does Floriano feel that people take
"press notes" more seriously then they take a humble email-generated
