I had ordered and paid for a book entitled “The Jesuits of the Goa Province” by Gregory Naik sj from this bookstore many months ago. Due to the Covid caused delays, I finally received it today.
In the intervening period Leonard Fernandes the proprietor kept me updated of what was happening and offered to cancel my order and refund me the money if I could not brook further delay, which I promptly declined. The book was well bound and wrapped nicely with a company bookmark attached and it was a pleasure to receive it in that condition. I will have no hesitation in ordering books from the Dog Ears Bookshop after this Covid problem is over, as Leonard Fernandes has pushed the best customer service buttons I could expect from any vendor.
