One simply cannot compare Goa to Canada as one is more than a thousand times the size of the other. Secondly, it snows right up to the end of May in Toronto. The Victoria Day holiday, May 24th, is when all the gardeners buy foot high plants and transplant them into their gardens. I have experienced freeze and snow after that day - which kills all the plants. Mervyn
