Generally speaking, the average Indian is a greedy bugger.

It’s very difficult to explain why, except in terms of genetic make up and that 
too perhaps.

One can conclude that with India being a thoroughly corrupt country (with 
apology to the many individual Indians who are honest and sincere despite their 
environment), the people living in it must find ways to survive.

How then can you explain the educated, professional Indians who have settled 
overseas getting substantial salaries and business incomes, resorting to 
cheating, corruption and thievery.

In Toronto, the case of an affluent high earning family, all working for the 
local government and involved in computer fraud, comes to mind. In the US, 
instances abound.
