Being productive and innovative, industrious the purpose is not to leave inheritance, gather wealth to children but have satisfaction of achievement using the gift of talent.It is du e to vision of such pioneers progress and development is beneficial outcome.In the same breath childless couples or unmarried individuals should have resigned and relaxed since they cannot bequeath their wealth to any offsprings.There exist selfish couples who labour only to provide enough for a generation to come like our greedy politicians.No wonder they are discarded into the waste paper basket into oblivion ,once out of position of power Hence the choice and desire to regulate their families is personal and individual not motivated by sole desire of wealth generation. There is no doubt that many a social charitable institution benefits by grants from such generous and magnanimous people.Do all married couples toil only to create,accumulate wealth for the offsprings after meeting personal needs and providing for future eventualities? Another uncharitable or caustic remarks is of not having a male offspring to continue the legacy.Accordingly female offspringscare are uworthy of share of inheritance whether married or single with or without biological issues.This antiquated patriarchal mentality has no place in modern society Does it justified to suggest single parent or those married couples without issue should live the existence of hermits? .Whatever excess wealth generated has ample scope for diversion of welfare humanitarian goals. There is no guarantee that biological or adopted children will be a shoulder to lean or a pillow to cry.Many have abandoned their parents in old age homes to further their prospects abroad. Some are murdered for their wealth or driven out of their residences forced to live the life of orphans by ungrateful children The emerging trend is to remain single or not to have children so as to enjoy without sacrifice and responsibilities of child bearing and rearing Further the society is moving towards nuclear families either two issues or one irrespective of being male or female.The old concept of need for a successor to perpetuate self is an antiquated, dying concept.The girls by law retain their maiden surnames to continue their parental identity. In Hindu community the tradition of male lighting the funeral pyre is replaced when daughter is only successor.is there an alternative if the marriedc individual is childless? How long the roots and identity will be perpetuated by children is a moot question.In one example the son has sold ancestral property not to leave any trace of origin and settled elsewhere .The society is fast changing and old concepts of family , inheritance, perpetuation for eternity is fast becoming redundant The good thoughts and action for the welfare of the society will last far longer and benefits that accrues will never be in vain It is wise to introspect not to hurt anyone's feelings of laboring in vain without children or male isdue but only an unworthy daughter in our opinion
