Respected All, We request you to kindly enquire and take up in Ex Co Meeting AND In the AGM below mentioned unnecessary(?) expenditure and abruptly neglected / ignored the bidding expenses for the AFC Championship and the travel expenditure and other important issues. 1. The travel expenses of Mr Kalyan Choubey from Sep 2022 to April 2023 - Rs 29.00 Lakhs 2. The travel expenses of Mr Shaji Prabhakaran from Sep 2022 to April 2023 - Rs 19.00 Lakhs 3. The inauguration of the function of AFC Championship 2027 bidding was done by Shri Kiran Rejiju, The Then Sports Minister at Mumbai on 23rd Feb 2021(enclosed the details). Govt of India initiated the Bidding for the AFC Championship to be hosted by India. The Sports Minister committed to host this prestigious event in the year 2027. The preliminary and pre operative expenditure of Rs 72.00 Lakhs incurred by AIFF till Oct 2022. No one has thought about these expenses before or after the withdrawal of the bid for hosting AFC Championship. EVEN A ORDINARY LAYMAN WILL SPIT ON THE FACES OF THE MANAGEMENT(PRESIDENT, VP, TREASURER, GENERAL SECRETARY) OF AIFF FOR THE WITH DRAWAL OF HOSTING OF AFC CHAMPIONSHIP IN THE YEAR "2027" FOR THE INABILITY TO HOST IN 2027. WHAT A MERTURED VISION BY THESE IMMERTURED? LOOKS LIKE VISION LESS ARE STATING THE VISION 2047? INDIA CAN HOST ANY MAJOR EVENTS AT ANY GIVEN TIME UNDER THIS GOVERNMENT. THE ENTIRE WORLD HAS UNDERSTOOD AND ACKNOWLEDGED THE CAPACITY OF "INDIA ". GOVERNMENT AND THE MINISTRY OF SPORTS HAS TO EXPRESS THEIR INABILITY. WHAT A FOOLISH DECISION TOOK BY MR KALYAN CHOUBEY AND MR SHAJI AFTER THEIR VISIT TO SOUDI ARABIA (TWO OF Them, With out INVITATION) IMMEDIATELY AFTER ASSUMING THE OFFICE OF AIFF. CAN BE CALLED AS QUID PRO QUO OR DITCHING THE COUNTRY? DESH DROHIS? The AIFF conducted the Semifinals and Finals of the National Tournament Santhosh Trophy at a DIFFERENT NATION with our own travel arrangements. WHO HAS PERMITTED TO CONDUCT THE NATIONAL TOURNAMENT AT A DIFFERENT NATION? ANY PRIOR PERMISSION FROM THE GOVT? The total expenditure for the travel of the Teams, Officials, Members is around Rs 90.00 Lakhs. * WHAT IS THE JUSTIFICATION OF SUCH HUGE EXPENSES AND WITHDRAWING OUR BID AND WRITING OFF BIDDING EXPENSES. THE TOTAL EXPENSES FOR TRAVEL TO SAUDI ARABIA IS 90 LACS* Who should be held RESPONSIBLE? SHOULD BE RECOVERED FROM THE PERSONS INVOLVED? 4. The present management took charge on 2nd Sep 2022. Who * ARE THE INTERNAL AUDITORS* Is the Same AUDITOR Continuing? IF NOT, WHAT ARE THE REASONS OF NOT HAVING INTERNAL AUDITOR? ARE ALL THE QUATERTS OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2022-23 INTERNALLY AUDITED OR NOT? *5. THE STATUTORY AUDITORS HAVE GIVEN A "DISCLAIMER" FOR THE FY ENDED MARCH 2022, THIS MEANS THEY ARE UNABLE TO GIVE AN OPINION WHETHER THE THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS REFLECT A TRUE AND FAIR VIEW.THIS IS THE "FIRST TIME" THE AUDITORS HAVE NOT BEEN TO GIVE AN OPINION. HAVE THE STATUTORY AUDITORS DISCONTINUED AND IF SO WHAT IS "THE REASON" * *6. Etc) * *7. The High Handedness with the State Associations. Truly by President, VP, General Secretary, Treasurer, Avijit Paul etc. Signing the Affidavits in the capacity of General Secretary. Making use of the overnight appointed on contract Advocates for submitting the False Submissions. * *WHO SHOULD BE HELD* RESPONSIBLE? AIFF HAS THE EX CO MEMBERS and Member Associations WHO ARE SO WISE AND CAN RESOLVE THESE CONSPIRACIES. AND ANY TIME THE CULPRITS WILL BE GIVEN A GRAND SEND OFF.
