Disappointed by Unfulfilled Order – No Response Yet In December, my daughter from the UK thoughtfully ordered 3 boxes of Ferrero chocolates to be delivered to me as a Christmas birthday gift. To my disappointment, I received only 1 box — clearly not as per the order.
Despite informing Amazon and relevant authorities, including their Seattle headquarters, there has been no resolution, no apology, and no compensation to date. My daughter too raised the issue, but it remains ignored. This experience has deeply affected what should have been a joyous occasion.
