TRUST Delighted with appreciation Our priests are the doctors of our souls and spirituality They endeavour to live their legacies to the faithful in the vineyard of the Lord.They are also concerned with our welfare and strive relentlessly to provide a conducive atmosphere at a personal sacrifice of dedication and committments.There are mixed feelings about their involvement in the surroundings and more than often receive criticism of financial mismanagement and accused of improproprieties of attitude and behaviour, creating coterie, favourites to act as buffer in defense , besides misinterpreted disposition towards the opposite sex..Both these issues are easily swallowed by the faithful as greatest human frailties to resort to malicious campaigns and gossip.. There is no verification of facts propagated like wild fire.It consumes the weak and gullible to think that it is in the realm of possibility Their visions are blurred to think wisely or rationally without bias and prejudices in a spirit of charity and understanding.These slurs often dissuade them to carry on their missions beyond spiritual realms.Some succum others face boldly and retaliate unmindful of consequences and rubbing wrongly their superiors.The conclusions are not based on full investigations in their eventual transfers.These charges of misappropriation and weakness towards opposite sex are very powerful tools to discredit and defame priests.The vows of chastity are focus of gossip and good intentions are lilldefined. It is expected that a strong will and detremination is needed to remain afloat and not to give any inclinations to strengthen these rumours .The often quoted human weakness does not absolve them of such unfounded information. Those who have been transparent with accounts and relations with women are raised to a pedestal of glory, saluted and immortalised in the hearts and minds of the parishioners The PCTrust has been effusively appreciated for very uniquely honouring and remembering priests and must be imitated for they served the faithful transparently and not giving anyscope for .misunderstanding.
