Also i need list and names of website and forms for filing complaints and thereafter sending a legal notice and executing legal proceedings against an embassy or consulate. What is to be done if an Embassy/consulate refuses to acknowledge a LETTER and doesn;t give appointment for meeting the consul generel, ambassador or any other higher equivalent authorities. Anyone knowing the detail procedure and formalities about initiating legal action against an embassy and consulate may kindly let us know. Shashikant.
