Dear Valmiki,
I had heard somewhere that one day Ratan Khatri was traveling by a taxi ( in
Goa) and he was sad to know how poor this taxi driver was, and gave him a
number to play this mattka, telling him to play all that he has on that number,
but unfortunately this guy did not know this Rattan Khatri and hence did not
play the number. Next day when he saw the number he was sad he did not play the
number. Any idea of this story?
