The Human Resource Development Foundatiion HRDF students welcome the
unofficial announcement done at the Congress House at 1830 Goa time
announcing the name of Francisco Sardinha as the official Congress
Candidate.
The students will now call for a big rally to strongly put before
the Congress candidate to the long overpending issue of the HRDF
examination SCAM and their demand which is to hold a judicial inquiry
into the gross discrimination, vindictiveness done by Dictator
Aleixo da Costa HRDF Chairman.
The cry of the students is give us Justice not favours and we shall
get you the votes
The institutes are now trying to mobilize all the sources their
present students and past students to impress on the Congress
candidate for an immediate inquiry and subsequent removal of HRDF
Chairman Aleixo da Costa who co-incidentally hails from Guirdolim
