Rico,

Dona Berta Monteiro Pereira, Helen Sardinha´s mother, used to teach delicious
culinary creations, at their residential mansion behind Holy Spirit Church,
Margao;
had picked it up from her late mother, Dona Etelvina dos Peres Monteiro, of
Loutulim,
an all-time master chef. Cooking used to be her compulsive passion.

Remembering her suckling piglet, doce de camarao & numberless other exquisite
delicacies
is, indeed, a very cruel punishment.

If Berta still carries on I cannot say. She is a few years elder to me and I am
pusing 63.

Our co-netter, Anton Monteiro, her brother in Torronto, will be able to inform
us. Pls
post a reply, Tony.

Will be visiting my nephew, Neil, you & other friends in Canada next spring.
