Vinho Aloosh
  A Spicy Pork Curry, Portuguese style, named after the ingredients used, vin 
(vinho) for wine (actually wine vinegar) and Aloosh (named after the Portuguese 
word for Garlic). 
  Nowadays of course nstead of using Pork only, any meat can be used in a 
Vindaloo (or not as the case may be). I am uneasy to write out the whole recipe 
& instructions on this forum for fear of my post being summarised by some 
Goanetters & made to look foolish as in recent times.
  Anyone who would like the original & REAL recipe & ingredients can email me & 
I will gladly supply it. VINHO ALOOSH is of course better known as Vindaloo.
