How tragic for this lady, we had this report a couple of weeks or so back and
we commmented that we hoped some action would be taken to protect this lady
from further harrasement & endangerment.
Let us hope that DRAG & others in authority will see this case to its
conclusion & the perpertrators brought to justice, and given the appropriate
heavy fines AND jail term.
This is so common amongst dowry-mongers & those who will "take the girl off
your hands............. no dowry needed, its ok............" and then later
demand payment or see your daughter burn......... or have acid thrown in her
face, etc.
Thank you for bringing this back to this forum, as a reminder for us to keep
vigil on our neighbours...........
