But your extra comments seem strange...

so mogall JC, 
 the logical "stretch" is 
that
all shops with notices in English are run by 'baillos" from England?
and 
all shops with notices in Portugese are run by 'baillos" from Portugal?
and 
all of us who read and write in English on goanet are 'baillos" from England?
and 
some of us who also write in "konkani in the Romi lipi" are from Rome?
